Claims Management

Once B&A partners with you and gains an understanding of your firms needs, a claims management process will be developed to meet your unique and individual goals. Your firm may choose to use all of our services or use our expertise for guidance when required and to assist you in establishing/improving processes allowing you to effectively manage your claims in-house. You decide which services you require and when they are utilized.

B&A Claims Management services include:

Disability Management

A well developed and correctly presented light/modified duty program can be one of the most effective tools for reducing and managing your claims costs.

Baillie & Associates will provide you with an understanding of the WCB policy concerning light duty, review your existing program to ensure it fits with the WCB policy and practices, help you identify light duty options and develop a light duty package, provide you with the tools and knowledge required to manage an effective light duty program.
